Leo’s Idea
If you own a classic cromoly road bike, i guess you would saw off your fork tube aligning with your shining headset.
But if you are a guy like me with long legs, i bet the height difference of your stem and seat will sure to give you a sore back.
This is “Long legs man” bike.
In order to solve this problem, I designed this component to
lengthen your “sawn too short” front fork.
It is made of stainless steel,
Direct mount on your 1″ threaded fork,
Offer a little more height to extend your stem higher,
The stem lock bolt will still be intact inside your fork,
Therefore reduce any safety concerns.
This is how it will look when extended.
With this component you can extend your stem 1.5cm higher,
At present i have extended my stem 1cm higher,
I weigh around 82Kgs,
And normal testing over the last few weeks,
Shows that the stability has been quite good,
I’m confident with the strength of this component.
Gus x Paolo Creative!!
After having fun played bicycle polo game with broomsticks, Paolo and I were considering to make bike polo mallets seriously, we’ve read many articles about building mallets by ski poles, but it is nearly impossible find ski poles in tropical Taiwan, so we’ve deicide to make it in wood, and dyed it to make vintage look.
After tested with various wood and mallet length, abusing wood lathe machine at school, and finally, we had our first production of bike polo mallets done!
Let’s enjoy the game, riders! hit it as hard as you can, breaking them will give us opportunities to make second upgraded production!
best regards
